Analyzing Stakeholder Relationships for Construction Land Reduction Projects in Shanghai, China

With the tightening of resource and environmental constraints increasing manifestation land use conflicts, construction reduction has become an important way to optimize allocation improve efficiency. Taking towns Zhuqiao Zhujiajiao in Shanghai as research subjects, this paper uses field case studies summarize main practices completion analyzes interest preferences different stakeholders.
